Scott Ahrens : Biography

Biography
Scott Ahrens earned his undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and Sculpture from the California State University, Chico and his MFA degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Ahrens teaches courses in digital media and virtual reality design. His career has included positions at the University of California; Davis and Sequel Communications, an award-winning multimedia design studio in Providence, RI (where he continues to consult).

Ahrens' work and research focuses on developing design systems that incorporate both print and digital collateral for fortune 500 clients including EMC and AGFA. His most recent projects explore the use of virtual reality technology to create interactive educational simulations.
